WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS
Group exercise classes will be the last activities to resume, and even then, some people will not be able to participate right away. Expect the above Zoom classes, perhaps with some tweaking, for the foreseeable future until we can be together face-to-face. As we Zoom.
SHARING
Sharing the information about our classes is fine, but let’s be careful about how we do it. Your sister-in-law in Florida wants to play with us? Cool, send her the schedule and link to my website to request login information. You are so excited about what you are doing that you put it on your Facebook page, including the Zoom ID and password? Not cool. That’s how we’ll get Zoom-bombed.
